Saya punya pengalaman ada seorang draftsman yang biasanya mendraft Marked Logs, lalu dia belajar mendiskripsi Cuttings, SWC, mudlogging, dan magang mbantuin geologist di wellsite beberapa tahun, dan kursus Log Interpretation dan kursus Petroleum Geology for non geologist, korelasi log dengan sumur2 di sekitarnya, akhirnya dia piawai jadi Wellsite Geologist.
