Good to see a vendor nice enough to survey the customers.  Computer Associates 
has apparently just decided, without any such customer survey, to abandon 
BookManager format and provide only PDF.  I haven't seen any warning of that, 
but they don't seem to have any BookManager versions of the manuals for the new 
ACF2 8.0 release.

Yes, I do have Adobe Reader 7.0.  And No, I still don't think it's better than 
BookManager.  Imagine being at home trying to shoot a problem over a dial-up 
connection (some of us live in broad-band deprived areas),  when the single 
manual page you need is buried in the middle of a 5MB PDF.
