There is more that can be done besides locking your terminal or using automatic lock time. For some places, its not always enough to secure the main entrance and leave the rest to the employees. i have seen several places who keep the system programmers/production personnal/other teams handling sensitive data each in their own restricted workarea that requires strong authentication (usually biometrics + PIN/smartcard) to enter. and you would only get specific clearance to the specific workareas you need to get into.
