There are none that I can see, I did try to create an alias to another user catalogue with a TSO command, there were errors and I do not know if it did create one.
I also catalogued some of my files in ISPF but some came back saying dataset not catalogued. The ones that were catalogued ended up in the master catalog. Since there are datasets already catalogued in the master catalog that start with the HLQ for which you're trying to add an alias, the alias itself can't be added.
