How so ???. Everything we currently offer via cbt is EBCDIC in xmit format. What conceivable use and/or interest is that to some kid on a home PC ???. It might be considered for (L)GPL, but there are a *lot* of contributors to ask first. A Wiki might be an option for a knowledgebase, but given that (generally) anybody can update them people may be averse to contributing to that as well.
