We're open 24x7, however our customers prefer business hours to access
us. In other words our cpu busy curve is curve, not horizontal bar.
There are periods when CPU is not 100% busy.
Our developers also have their resources assigned, they tend to work
during business hours also, they don't work at weekends or nightshift.

(*) Or maybe you force your customers to use your systems at night ?
