Thanks Scott! In conclusion to my case: 1. Input 'SYS1.VVDS' under DSLIST, it searches only MCAT (no alias for SYS1) but not UCAT 2. Input '*.VVDS.Vxxxxxx' under DSLIST, it searches MCAT and ALL UCATs 3. Input 'SYS1.VVDS.Vxxxxxx' under DSLIST, I am not sure if it searches MCAT and ALL UCATs but it did show me the one entry of "Data Component" but no "Cluster Component" (when I use method no.2, it shows me 2 "Data Component" entries + 2 "Cluster Entries, it means the VVDS is marked under two UCATs)
