I don't really see why e-mail isn't ideal... e-mail gets used for work-flow.. just another way to get things done. Sure, it would be nice for everyone to only use the things we have "ready to go".. but if that were the case.. we'd still all be using coax cables, green screen tubes and manual typewriters. But soooo many things get done in an organic fashion.. why not e-mail?
