I was talking about for the new product.
You do NOT continue training the same people on the same product.

I meant that as a replacement product, you only have to train existing staff 
once.

Ongoing training for new staff and, if any, new enhancements cannot be included 
for the business case for replacing a product.

You took what I meant as a specific instance, and turned it into a generality.
