I agree with everything you said.  And we have gotten most of 
management to see the light - just few still in the dark.  We do a lot 
more dynamic stuff now then when I started here just a few years ago.  
There is a member of the storage team that comes in at 6 as his 
regular time, he will do the set commands.  I don't understand why 
they think that is a better time than 2 PM, but they do and it isn't 
worth fighting over.  For some reason they seem more afraid of SMS 
changes then other changes.  I am not part of the storage team so I 
don't loose sleep over it.  For this change, because I really want to see 
us with a lot less storage groups, I will volunteer to do it for the 2 guys 
that make up the storage team - if that is what it takes!
