Well, Ida Noe but with a paragraph like this I'd be loathe to believe it was a 
"squatty-box blowup" if written by this "reporter":

mainframe applications to be offloaded to smaller computers with more powerful 
chips."

I wonder:  Are "Bull chips" really more powerful than IBM chips?
