It was discussed several times.
IMHO vast majority of jobs being submitted is not affected by
considerations above (*). For the rest it is enough to describe the
behavior or just mention "unpredictable results".
(*) I mean: submitted,converted,executed on the same system. Most of the
installations are monoplexes, probably most of them do not use NJE for
vast majority of jobs.
