Your own experience with the employer is not necessarily any guide for someone else's experience even in the same job. If the employer is acting illegally you may have an obligation to inform the proper authorities, other than that the dogs need their sleep. Basically you're not a party to the "transaction" and getting yourself in the middle of it could land you in a deep pile of dog stuffing. We all have opinions about former employers. Those are best kept private except when you're BS-ing with friends over a table full of amber liquids. You certainly should not publish them in a forum where they would be on record (and usable as evidence) for all time.
