I just filed a bug report on just this issue with the IBMlink people. The PQxxxxx APAR report is only accessible if you use that name. Attempting to access via the AQxxxxx (or if it exists a BQxxxxx/etc.) APAR Fix name gets a "I don't have any listing for that ID" Error Message (even in that case where the PQxxxxx Entry CONTAINS the AQxxxxx SMP Text).
Note: This is not just restricted to PQs but all APAR listings - The Px report ID is listed but not the Ax fix ID as a cross reference to the Px report.
