Julian, If you are scanning the original source and doing the library fetches to resolve PROCs and INCLUDES, I should think the JES2/JES3 differences would be minor.
If you are scanning the JESLOG for the expanded JCL listing, there might be a bit more work, but I should still think that a JES2 solution could be easily adapted for JES3. There is no great urgency, but I do think that such a tool would be a valuable contribution to the whole community and not just myself.
