Daniel - not sure if this is your issue or not, but we had this problem in
6.7. IIRC, you are at the latest level (7.11?)?

This is what we had to do to our Extra! sessions. This is straight from
Attachmate support.

EXTRA! Configuration Change for Problem with X() “X Clock” when typing

1. Open the session document in Notepad or a similar text editor by right
clicking on the shortcut on the desktop.
2. Scroll through the file and locate the [Terminal] section.
3. Under the [Terminal] section, enter the following text:
     WCCResetClock=TRUE
Note: This text is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.
4. Save the file and exit.
NOTE: This entry always causes a reset of the X-clock on the OIA, even in
situations where it should not happen. This can cause further
communication errors as it allows the end-user to send data to the host
while the host is not expecting to receive data. Therefore, this
workaround should be used with caution.
