You cannot explicitly define the amount of LSQA, however, since LSQA is
what is left in high private after you getmain your region, if you lower
your REGION= then you should have more left for LSQA.
I usually use OMEGAMON to map a user's virtual storage to see how much
LSQA is available. The amount of storage above the user area limit and
below the system area will be your LSQA.

How can I define the amount of LSQA for a task?
 
How can I find out the size of LSQA and who is using it?
 
I have CA-SYSVIEW/E, MXI and RMF available.
