The "too large DSA" suggestions are almost-certainly the solution to the 
problem, but don't answer your second question above. Not one person suggested 
dumping the address space and using IPCS to discover how much of each of the 
LSQA subpools is in use by each of the TCBs in the address space. Dump reading 
must be a dying art ... :-(
