My experience is that those who can read dumps do not lack for opportunities
to do so.
IBM and the ISVs of course and perforce have people who read dumps easily;
but, again in my experience, such people have almost no direct contact with
these vendors' customers.
In the upshot I find people waiting for me, dumps in hand, wherever I go.
In this context anyway I would be pleased to be allowed "to get out of
practice".
