True. Having access to the source code helps, but only when the failure is in our own code. When it is down in the bowels of the system, we still have to go dig around and figure out whether it was because of a defect in IBM code or, more likely, that our code did something that left the OS dazed and confused. > IBM has some absolutely amazing dump readers. But I suspect Nadine is actually an alien because she is just freakishly good at dump reading.
