we have something called dptech .. I have been able to mark it unowned by SMS and redefine the dsorg as AM. After doing this I created a racf id and did an import connect of it .. now my system shows it as cataloged ,, but as a usercat not a partioned dataset which it is .. in any even I can do a dsat on it now and see it in the catalog .. but I still cannot delete it .. idcams export it or anything else to it .. this is quite a burr in my saddle !!
