Right. Recently verified this in the longest PMR (amount of written
text, traces, etc.) I ever was invovled in. Also the longest SLIP
I've ever seen that finally found the bug: SMS controlled TEMP dsns
not getting ENQed when DSNTYPE(LIBRARY) is used in IGDSMSxx to set
the default "PDS" to PDSE (see APAR OA17001). OA13825 was acutally
already opened / closed FIN for a different reported problem on z/OS 1.7,
but I ran into this secondary problem when I migrated an LPAR to
z/OS 1.6 so a new APAR was created.
