From memory the 1.4 Coexistence was available for download for awhile.
When IBM "pulled" the co-existence so only the Exploitation was
available, it became an orderable (on physical media) via your local
account rep only.

Coexistence Support. The last one is no longer orderable.
However z/OS.e V1.4 z990 Coexistence Update is different animal, I just
read it should be available until end of Dec 2006.
More: z/OS V1.4 z990 Exploitation Support is also unavailable on the
downloads page.
What's funny, Coexistence Support for unsupported OS levels (2.10 - 1.3)
is available. So can dowload support for unsupported system, but cannot
do that for supported system. Isn't it strange ? Or rather I should
learn new meaning of 'support'.
