Thanks for your response Charles. I'm finding some customers are (for whatever reasons) still using OS/390 and cannot install the latest REXX Alternate Library. Er, well I'm assuming they can't because the latest specifies that it is for z/OS only - - and I'm assuming that's really true. If that's not so, someone please let me know! :-)
Getting the latest would be most convenient for me...but outside of being able to do that, I'm trying to find what commands and functions were introduced at what levels, so I can know whether or not the REXX execs will be compatible in a particular environment. Specifically, I'm trying to tie together the "Minimum Library Level Required" message from the compiler output with a specific release and maint level of the REXX Alternate Library. -- Joe Denison 816-781-8334 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
