Depends on where that single family home is, but the median price of a
single family home in most parts of the U.S. is going to be substantially
higher than a z800 on the secondary market. Anybody know what a z800 runs
these days?

IBM said the new System z9 BC Model A01 starts at "about $100,000" (U.S.
price) as another data point. That's the current model.

Add storage, of course.
