Well, not exactly.

Depends what you mean about APF authorization.  If the module is
executed in JCL, it will be APF authorized only if it is linked AC=1.

Modules in LPA are required to be reentrant, but AFAIK they are not
validated for that when they are loaded.  Having been loaded into LPA
does not imply that they are reentrant.

The definition of reentrable has changed in recent years.  The old
definition allowed a program to modify itself as long as it provided
for proper serialization.  A refreshable program was not allowed to
modify itself.  The distinction has been rendered meaningless with
the new definition of reentrable.
