Come on Ted; we are talking about CA here (remember, the good guys). I do not believe we have ever charged for how-to questions, recommendations or to obtain solutions to defects for any of your licensed mainframe products. I know the CA-1 techs PREFER to get "how-to" questions and give recommendations then to help solve "I think I did the wrong thing" problems later on.
