I guess I'm not being clear. They were PE'd later, I think. Not being an SMP/E guy, I can't understand it clearly. And, protocol doesn't allow me to talk to the SYSPROGs directly. I have to go through a rep of our service provider, who also doesn't fully understand SMP/E.
