What ever the reason, the dependence on the web for mission critical applications like IBMLINK is insane. Any 12 year old with a little bit of knowledge can cause a crash. What will you tell your management when your system is down and you can't get on IBMLINK to research the problem? We need to put A LOT more pressure on IBM. Maybe everyone who cannot get to IBMLINK should call in and open a SEV 1 issue. That might get their attention.
