I hear rumors that the compilers that DB2 UDB for z/OS 9 "supports" will
have DFP available by the end of 2007.  But I believe this means assembler
(well, for the precompiler), COBOL, PL/I, REXX and C/C++ only.   I'll bet
that FORTRAN isn't in that list.  (When was VS FORTRAN last updated,
anyway?)
