Finally management gives the OK to go from os390 2.10 to z/OS 1.8; Doc I have found so far seems to say "you can't get there without going thru 1.4". Management says they do not want to go thru applications testing twice. Any help in finding conversion doc, or other references, or advice/experiences would be most appreciated.
