While the "SHARE *BOARD*" has not to my knowlege raised this with IBM, 
several volunteers within the "SHARE MVS Program" have, on behalf of the 
SHARE membership.  And, I believe we've been at least moderately effective in 
raising awareness of the issues with ServiceLink availability with the 
appropriate IBM executives.

Again, whenever anyone notices a problem with ServiceLink, please call the 
IBMLink Help Desk at 800-543-3912 and get a problem ticket opened.  I have 
good reason to believe that there is considerable attention being paid to these 
problem tickets.
