I did state that management had the issues, not me.

I pointed out their concerns and saw the arguments re-iterated for the n-th 
time.

We are not the problem.
IBM is pointing this all out to the techies!
Nobody is properly presenting this to management.
All we are doing is b*tching about the fact that they are not listening.
