Hi Garry, How’s everything? I also liked Dell before I bought my HP, yes Dell has the at home service they send a tech to fix what’s broken and something always seems to break. I still have my first Dell laptop and it still works but just about every component was changed at some point during the 4 year warrantee. So for the same money you can get a lot more laptop at HP 200+gig hard drive, 17” high gloss screen, Core 2 Duo processor, I bought the dv8000 in 2006 and love it, never any problems knock wood, the new dv9500t looks awesome, I bet you could run z/OS 1.8 on it lol.
