There is no reserve on couple data sets.  Otherwise, you would never
be able to have more than one per volume.

Depends on how much you are using the logger I suppose.  But Health 
Checker will flag it regardless.  In my development and sandbox 
sysplexes, I deleted that check since I only use 2 couple dsn volumes in those
environments.
