List, After reading most of the answers I think this maybe the righ action.
I can place all of my primary CDS data sets on the same string so long as they are on unique packs. For example the CFRM, LOGR and SYSPLEX CDS should have their own volume on the primary string. The remaing can live with any of them (SFM, ARM, WLM or OMVS) Then on my only other string I would do the same thing but with 3 separate volumes. Did I understand this correctly? I am bunched up as I only have one UCB range in my two data centers. We are very small. Barley 3000 volumes.
