It's just a parsing grammer? RAND and maybe Chevron(CA.) put out a CD at  
SHARE with their version early in the week. Then spent the rest of the week  
collecting them as IBM notified them that they were in violation of  copyright 
for 
distributing the IBM pubs on same  CD.
