If I am developing a new SVC then even if I refresh a new copy of it I should to the SVCUPDTE macro (since an IPL each time is a bit cumbersome). Is that pretty much correct? What about an ESR SVC 109? Can I get by adding simply the IGX00yyy module to the LPA (with SETPROG), or do I still need to IPL or use the SVCUPDTE macro here as well?
