Kees, The DFSMSdfp Storage Administration Reference (SC26-7402-05 for my current level 1.7) lists the possible values for each field within the construct, meaning of those values and indicates the default. I don't have a URL that I can point you to but maybe you can find the manual somewhere on IBM's website. I use a local bookmanager setup to access the documentation. I have never had to go to another product documentation such as DFSMShsm which is what the management class really pertains. Regards, John
