end We allowed the users 4 weekends with 6 hour windows for testing. Kept 5 of us tied up monitoring the system with little presence. Had some issues at roll up but we got through it. Next conversion we're giving them two weekends. I guess we'll never shed the diametrically opposed ideas of testing and validation.
