No information will be forthcoming about the hows, whens, whys, wherefores
et al of the DISPLAY LLA command that I mentioned.

It should be easily understood that fetches that occur before LLA is up are
not going to be reported by LLA. Certainly things related to MLPA/FLPA fall
into that category. By the time an application might request to fetch such
a module, it is not being fetched from the data set, it is already in LPA.
