It's been a pleasantly long time since I endured this. What are the compatibility considerations for upgraded data sets?
o Will they be tolerated and not corrupted by earlier releases of SMP/E if the toleration PTF is applied? o Will earlier releases of SMP/E that encounter upgraded data sets at worst fail harmlessly without corrupting the data sets? We test with many levels of system software, and I'm curious what level of isolation we'll need to enforce among different OS releases. -- gil ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
