An STOKEN identifies a unique instantiation of an address space.

An ALET is a value that is obtained from an ALESERV ADD. It is used in Access Register mode to access the segment tables and the page tables(the storage) in an address space or data space that is not the home. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lindy Mayfield" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Another thing that isn't helping, I'm only slightly embarrassed to say,
is I don't know yet what an STOKEN or an ALET is. I'm trying. Not easy
because so many hits in the docs. (-:

Why not RTFM?

TARGETSTOKEN=xtargetstoken
   is the name (RS-type), or address in register
   (2)-(12), of a required 64 bit input which
   contains the Space Token (STOKEN) of the address
   space in which the SRB routine is to receive
   control.
