Probably because you have a //SYSPRINT DD  SYSOUT=*' somewhere.  Make it a 'DD 
DUMMY' and away you go.

Well, I care because this STC runs under MSTR.  That is, it is started with 
SUB=MSTR parameter.  However, for some reason, it still fails if JES has not 
yet started, so I want to delay it from starting until JES has finished.
