Right. For warm site recovery normally build a  standalone system
and test it well ahead. Then make that  LOADnn available to fullblown DR 
system. Normally in SYS1.IPLPARM. Guess the  extension is it may be that your 
DR 
system goes up too and have to go to your  cold site.
 
In your DR contract you sign for what you need  and they send you the 
corresponding LPAR devices to fill in your IODF(s) with  site specific 
ESOTERICs.
