Here is the brief write up from CA for the fixes (R9 and R12) of TSS. If the first security request issued from an address space started before TSS is a REQUEST=EXTRACT call, there is a chance that incorrect results will occur while all subsequent requests from the same address space are correct. The maintenance for this problem will allow correct results for some of these erroneous calls.
