I am not recommending the use of GRS-Ring, rather I was merely disputing the comment that "only MIM-DASD can do it". BTW, there is (to the best of my knowledged) no product called MIM-DASD. It's CA-MIM (or MIMGR), standing for Multiple Image Manager. It's either a decendent of SDSI or MSX/MSI, or a merging of the two, after CA acquired the two owning companies. And, it manages more than DASD.
