I was agreeing with you, Ted. I just wanted to point out the performance issue. Since he is talking about using it to connect 2 Parallel Sysplexes, my assumption was that it would be AT LEAST 4 systems (you could have a single system Parallel Sysplex, but why?). Also, I'm not sure you could use FICON CTCs, since GRS Ring requires BCTCs (IIRC).
