Hi, Barbara. For what it's worth (my two cents), our company has our desktops 'locked down', too, so that we can't execute any ActiveX controls, either. The way I've found around that little idiosyncracy is to use Firefox instead. I can list my ETRs just fine with it. Just something you might want to try. . .
