Good grief! To repeat, just in case others missed it, too: No worries,
we don't plan to get rid of any!
Frankly, I don't know why we would ever want to remove them and cause
the churn that would entail.

John, I just figured this: you're trying to figure out which samples are
more important than others, and which sample exits might be safely
ignored for a few more releases, due to lack of use.
And perhaps which interfaces might be updated with minimal impact. :-)
